Terms & Conditions

1. This programme is carried out by Petron Fuel International Sdn Bhd (Company No. 4527-V), a company incorporated under the laws of Malaysia and having its registered address at Level 12A, Menara I&P 1, No. 46, Jalan Dungun, Damansara Heights, 50490 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
2. This programme is valid until 15 May 2021 (both dates inclusive).
3. 1st tier – Petron Miles Card member who spends RM100 and above at Johor Premium Outlets within the same day will be entitled to ONE (1) complimentary drink (Coffee/Tea/Soft drink) from Coffee Time at Food Court (on the day such visit) upon presentation of their valid Petron Miles Privilege Card and original purchase receipt(s)** (subject to a single receipt) at Johor Premium Outlets Information Center (:Information Center”).
4. 2nd tier – Petron Miles Card member who spends RM300 and above at Johor Premium Outlets within the same day will be entitled to a complimentary parking at Johor Premium Outlets’ car park (on the day such visit) upon presentation of their valid Petron Miles Privilege Card and original purchase receipt(s)** (subject to a single receipt) at Johor Premium Outlets Information Center.
5. Petron Miles Card member who present their valid Petron Miles Privilege Card at Information Center will be entitled to redeem Johor Premium Outlets Savings Passport (per year).
6. Redemption of complimentary Savings Passport/drink/meal voucher is to be made at Johor Premium Outlets Information Center upon presentation of Petron Miles Privilege Card by Petron Miles Card member. Only ONE (1) Johor Premium Outlets Savings Passport and ONE (1) complimentary drink or complimentary RM10 F&B Meal voucher or Johor Premium Outlets Gift Voucher would be given per customer.
7. Each receipt may only be used once. Receipts that are stamped ‘redeemed” cannot be re-used and are no longer valid for the purposes of this programme.
8. Validity date of the complimentary drink voucher and gift voucher is only valid on the date of redemption and is to be utilized before the expiry date of the voucher.
9. Petron Fuel International Sdn Bhd reserves the right to vary these Terms & Conditions and/or to extend, modify, shorten, discontinue, cancel, terminate or suspend this programme at any time without any prior notice to all its customers. No compensation in cash or any kind shall be given to its shoppers whether arising as a direct or indirect result of such variation of the Terms & Conditions and/or the extension, modification, cancellation, suspension or termination of this programme.
10. Genting Simon Sdn Bhd and Petron Fuel International Sdn Bhd will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of this programme.
11. Participation in this programme is deemed acceptance of the above Terms & Conditions.

** Only receipts issued on the same day of visit can be utilized for the redemption.
